stomach pain and ER trip

Well, still hurting in my abdomen. Still not sure of the cause either. Yesterday, I made a trip to the ER on the recommendation from my Dr. office and after blood work, CT, and other labs still no answers. The Dr. there (whom I absolutely love by the way, Dr. Denney is awesome at his job and is the only one in the Bessemer ER I care to see!) said that it could still be my gall bladder, or a problem related to the Dys., or even something like an ulcer. I hate that there are never any clear answers!
I will follow up with my Dr. on Monday, and in the meantime I at least have something for the nausea and pain, although Lortab does little for the pain. Until next time....

Ugh it's sickening not knowing for sure what's causing all these issues!!! I'm sorry you didn't get any good answers! Hopefully these meds work better for the pain this time!

Do you get severe muscle spasms with Dys, too? Doctors are now leaning me towards this painful diagnosis after 2 years of extreme suffering. They think my muscles spams because whatever disease I have causes me not to absorb nutrients or water right, so I am easily dehydrated. I can never eat because I bloat and get so sick and vomit (not nausea vomit, just regurgitate so hard it comes out vomit). Its almost like I'm allergic to everything that gets put into my mouth. My heart skips when I stand or walk and it goes superfast, nearly 200 bpm on some recorded monitors. I even have spells when I'm stationary, though walking/standing makes them worse and things like exercise. Plus this dizzy and spinning feeling and my ears filling with noise makes me so anxious! The overwhelming feeling of fatigue and the faint spells just add to it. I have all of these symptoms and lots more on day to day basis and it is so hard, especially if this is what it is and that is what you're going through! God is the great physician and He knows whats going on with our bodies. Just put your trust in Him! I just wanted to say I CAN RELATE to the symptoms and the hardships of trying to live with chronic disabling disease. You're not alone out there! I'll be praying.

God Bless and Heal you,
